Facilities Asset Reinvestment Survey

Facilities management is a crucial part of any building campus, and at Full Circle Construction Budgeting, we can assist you in developing a comprehensive guide to align with your short-term and long-term goals.

Life Cycle Survey (LCS)

Knowing the life cycle of each component of your building or campus will help you determine how each affects your bottom line. We start with assessing the foundation—the key to a long-lasting structure—then move on to assessing how your building:

  1. Keeps out the weather

  2. Keeps items inside protected

  3. Supports the interior levels and roof

Once we ensure the envelope is secure, we then move on to assessing interior systems, including:

  1. Walls and ceilings

  2. Flooring

  3. Interior doors and windows

Asset Investment Evaluation (AIE)

The AIE program is a full-service analysis of all your buildings’ mechanical systems to determine where improvements are most pressing. We will evaluate each system to assess how each will hold up long-term, so you can maximize your reinvestment.

In having a complete understanding of each system and its associated impact on operating cost, Full Circle can work with your facilities manager to create a game plan for improvements.

Facility Site Analysis

Each site element of your building or campus has an effect on your buildings’ safety and the surrounding environment. We’ll analyze each component of your site, including:

  1. Access to and from the building

  2. Grading of soils away from the building to keep water from entering

  3. Stormwater management systems

  4. Site lighting systems
